Modified Equipment etc.

Ok so I have recently been exploring a few other modified D2 servers just to have a look around. (IMPORTANT - This Server ROCKS! it is without the faintest shadow of doubt my favorite.:clapping
I must say that I have been really surprised with many of the modifications. And honestly several have gone totally overboard.

I even got the impression, on one of the more prominent servers, that they have reduced the standard Unique drop rates so that people would be more inclined to purchase items from their shop. As I say, I may be wrong but this was the impression that I got as a new player on their server.:crying:

Ok so lets get to the actual purpose of this post:
1. Please Please change it so that a "Kite Shield" can get 4 sockets. I have forever detested the Strength cost that a "Monarch" requires and it is seriously unfair that only Paladins can benefit from Low level 4 socket shields.
2. Modify an area that has increased chance to drop Set items. Perhaps The Act 2 Tombs. This may require a level increase for this area in Hell to be able to find the Higher tier set items. Maggots Lair may even be a better idea because that is already an area level 87 in Hell and it's an "under farmed" area.
3. Modify a few Sets to include "1 to Teleport" when the full set is worn. This would greatly increase the demand for set items. Sigons, Aldurs, Griswolds, Immortal Kings, Natalyas, Trang-Oul's Avatar and Mavinas. On the subject of the Mavinas Set, Is it at all possible to add a Javelin item to the set? - A person could choose between the use of a Javelin or the Bow.

I had several other ideas but damn they evade me at the moment.

BTW. the Set ideas have not been implemented on any of the other servers to my knowledge.

This would indeed be a nice improvement since the set drop now looks like its bugged and it seems way too hard to find some set pieces.

Maybe its hard to increase the drop rate of one area, but easy to increase in a single boss like Summoner? (same idea as Griswold for white item hunting)
And since;
Countess - Runes
Nith - high lvl items
Summoner - ???Set Items???

EDIT: Nvm the summoner idea cuz he cant drop the high lvl set items...
