Lottery

Either set up by GM or trusted player weekly or monthy lottery or raffle cost a ber to enter to win runes or an item.Maybe set somtin up so voting for server on game sites could reward us other than more players.Vote points or raffle entry monthly or annually.

 

Well, i was thinking about something else.
To make an pvp tourney weekly and pay by myself the prizes, but i need another trusted player for doing that.
Beside that, i will announce the tourney on forum and people don't really use to read the forum. I find a solution for making people read the forum daily, like: To reward the most active player on the week, but of course with some rules. The most active player without offpost to be rewarded with Ber rune by myself.
So... if i will do that and if the Founder accept my request, i can do that pvp tourney after poeple will enter the forum contest, cause they might be more active and will see another constest about pvp tourney.
Conclusion, i want to make a forum constest and reward the most active player and then, if that constest will be a success, i can make pvp constest aswell and of course, paid be me.

 

I personally like this idea and I think Jesus and I could manage it well. Both of us share 2 - 3 event-based accounts which we use to benefit the players so there is no issue with trust there. Can you can think of more ways to enhance the promotion of investment. Afro suggested one way but that is more like staking. Which is also another good idea. If we make it more interesting than tossing runes on a mule and drawing a name from a hat then more people will play.

My questions and Concerns

Can you buy more than 1 ticket? (I have software that can manage these types of odds and drawings)
Is it runes only?

::Concerns::
How do we prevent multiple buy-ins / multi-accounts (Without taking up much needed admin time reading logs)
Will enough people play so that it's not 1/3 people playing?

Maybe there are more to add to the list, these are just two that come to mind. I am neutral on this idea I think it is a good and fun idea I also think it needs a way to prevent people from manipulating it. Thanks for the suggestion none-the-less!
