Raffle ¿

So I had an idea to host a raffle or raffles each month maybe more maybe less depending on how people. My idea was set a price to buy numbers and use a number generator to generate the winning number or numbers depending on how many buy in. We could run where one number can be bought with say XX rune to XX rune X being say pul or higher. Set gear where you can use low end say coa and buy X number of entries either for one raffle or X number for raffles after better the gear more numbers but set a limit for each raffle so it's not bought by one person each time. I'm looking for suggestion/improvements for this if it's something we can do I think it would be something fun I'll post more ideas tomorrow.
