So since i've started on this server, I've noticed dsync with 0%fcr on teleport, and when taking the mouse wheel and scrolling through skills, there's also a slight delay. It's enough to the point of annoyance. Any suggestions? I can run it on other servers; even blizzards, with no problems. My computer is also not a potato, so I'm confused as to why this is happening. I check multiple pings and it's a steady 8-32ms around the US, so my confusion is real.

Dsync doesn't happen from graphical issues. Doesn't seem to be the problem. I did vid test again just to negate that possibility. I run every other game smoothly. Depending on the amount of players on, the latency issues worsen. It's serverside issue. I can't be the only one this is happening to...

Everything is stable on the server side, maybe your globe location is to blame or some bad peering your provider is using. Keep in mind blizzard hosts tens of servers across the globe, not just one or two per continent so the server you're connecting to might be hosted in the west side of the US, right next to your location, while a server hosted in the east side will give you a slight higher ping, however a 80-180 regular ping value is no way causing problems in a game like diablo2. Regular bnet users usually get around 200~300 ping in the official servers and anything over ~500 ping is considered as slight delay. If you used to play on really low pings then you're brain makes you think different although such difference is barely noticeable.
