    Not sure about jewel price.
    Traps 20 - Lo+ to Sur
    nw 15 cold 5/5 - sur - can be sur+ depending on other stats like dex
    eth griffon - stats are nice, but without putting a zod in it
    it is not really usefull. Unless you intend to use it on a act3 lightning merc.
    If anyone really wants it, you can still sell it for Sur+

    The stats are really nice, just a shame it is only 1 skill.
    Doubt anyone will buy it with 1 skill only,
    But if someone wants this im sure you can ask at least vex to ohm+

    depending on setup, lightning sorc needs 17+fcr amulet.
    But if they have a setup where they only need 10 or less fcr
    meaning they have a body armor with fcr and not CoH or TM or fcr rings.
    Then you could ask vex to ohm for this.
    Otherwise i dont really think its sellable.
