    at least ber+ to 2 ber for the 2 skills and 20 fcr.
    But no stats like str/dex/hp to up the price.
    Low mana and except for cold, also low res - around 2 -3 ber
    (there are several people looking for 2/20 nec, best to make game and see what offers you can get)

    If they are "when die" some people want ohm for it. Otherwise they all go for vex

    yep, not sure if it has any value or that its usless.
    might want to check runeword shields and then compare it to unique necro shields.
    And see if it is word making a runeword out of it or that a unique shield like homunc or darkforce is better.

    stats are nice on the assa circlet but not much value without fcr
    same with barb helmet, arreats is better.
    ornate 14ed 4 sock - around vex to ohm
