    You can keep the 2 sorc 10 fcr @ +fres amu and 2sin 10fcr life fres maybe. I dont think you get much for them, maybe ~Lo - Sur.
    Rest not worth keeping imo.

    i agree with what @Light86 said.
    also wanted to point out that for a ele druid the 19fcr amu can be usefull to reach breakpoint till you get a better one. Not that valuable but can be sold if you find the right buyer on a budget looking for a 18fcr+ amulet.

    at lower range traps can be cheaper, but 30-40 they are around the same price.
    40+ pala combat might pull ahead by sur to ber
    not sure if any necro out there making max block char, if you can find one - around ber+
    if its not perfect 415 ED you will never get your investment back.
    Better to use this yourself - around 2 ber+ to 3 ber

    enigma can be anywhere from 2 ber to 6-7 ber for perfect
    same goes for BOTD BA
    if items are perfect its best to negotiate price, some people can offer more if they looking for a specific perfect item.

    Hi, Javelin's need skills ias. Basicly rares need 40ias 4skills to be valuable. Otherwise ppl could use ethereal high ed 40ias fools javelins on a funchar like ubtertrist ama, jab/fendzon but they wont have high value.

    fs 5str ~ Ohm - Lo
    Jewel 9str 30res 6max ~ 4-5ber
    Jewel 9dex/26fres ~Lo-Sur (but ppl tend to buy perf stats jewels now)
    Pala Diadem is hot! Basicly perfect affixes for hammerdin, but stats a bit low. Would say 8-10ber.
    Other items dont have real value.
