Ias Concentrate Barb using Colossus blade Botd

Hi, im new to diablo and to this server and have been playing for about 2 months. Im a concentrate barbarian using a colussus blade Botd and i want to know what are the ias attack speed breakpoints for it cause i visited different links and some say 102 is breakpoint is that right? Now i have 105 so i guess im good with it?

 

Hi ty thats what i though cause some ppl told me the breakpoint is 90 on this server but i read and it said 102. Hey what is ur name on the server ? Also another question i have a jewel +11% all resist and attaquer take damage of 4 and another jewel 40 ed. I think both jewels are not worth anything but i want be sure

okay but do u think i can trade a jewel i have is 40 ed with 10 max damage for a jewel 40 ed 15 ias? cause i need speed not sure if they are same value
