I never PC-ed over our friend @inayat , nor do I intend to. For this particular item, though, here's another perspective: a perf eth Griff is a -20/15 one, same as lowest Griff with a -5/5 jewel in it, but with slightly higher defense (wink-wink). Moreover, it will require an additional zod (another 5 ber) to avoid it going to waste. From this perspective, I would PC it to a -15/10 Griff, even slightly lower than that.

91+ GC's (94, 95, 99) go for ber sur to 2 ber nowadays (for history's sake, they used to go for 1 ber last ladders, went to ber ohm, then ber lo, then ber sur, God know where they stop)
SoJ's usually go for Lo (standard price was ohm for a really really long time, this ladder prices are going haywire)

You can do pretty fine with Eth Griffon Perfect and put whatever u need into it - if u are PvC - no harm to the item.

 

To be honest, before I posted I did some research on item durability in official and few other reliable sites, and I didn't find any relevant info on items not losing durability in PvP. Therefore I posted.
I knew something about this, but as I am not a PvP player, I couldn't verify.
