    its more for looks, style points.
    You dont hit with hoto so wont lose durability and oak from hoto is weak and dies fast, so hardly anyone uses that either.

    I see its not 2 to tornado in the image. Anyway people are looking for 2dru 3tornado/2elem 3tornado.
    If the helm has 2 to nado could be ~ber+ if its the one in the pic imo it has no value.

    people looking for a certain skin color might offer more, but in general 15ias/40ED jewels dont go for that much - around 4-5 ber
