Solved CPU Fix dll doesn't work

Hello,

I have a I7 9700k processor , and while installing the CPU .dll seems like I cannot drop the process % bellow 17-23%.

Is this normal ? Because in the after picture there should be 1% , or 0.1% something.

I don't really find it annoying, as I am not planning on running 25 instances of D2 but is this going to affect me ?

Is there something else that I could try from the tools on the website ?

On some CPU it will not work.

Also it will not affect you in any way as it uses that percentage of 1 core only and the other are on idle or minimum usage.
