    Someone just geared me to the max and said they were "presents", so I was able to run chaos finally, and "Lo" and behold! My first chaos run! Third HR drop on EurBNET.png :D

    my best annihilus so far dropped today
    Before stopped playing was 20/20/5 I think and after 97 level this exp bonus is a must on the anni
    I think back then I was using 20/19/8 or 20/18/8 for leeching

    It dropped my jaw off too, but look at the ilvl (item level), it is 84, meaning that it dropped from a unique monster / minion - both unidentified and identified screenshots. Given that we know that drops are modified on this server, especially cow level, I say it is possible.
    On the other hand (and to your point somehow), Tyrael's Might, the other unique sacred armor, cannot drop in Cow level, since it has a qlvl (quality level) of 85.

    Am I missing something here? The overall drops are enhanced but the items drop locations, TC, etc are pure vanilla and always have been except for the higher odds as mentioned.

    Regarding @Arc-Arc's drop, that has to be one of the luckiest drops I've seen in many years. I personally never had such a drop, not even back in my active gaming days.
    @toly, while Hell Bovines are mlvl 81 you need to understand that other random unique monsters can spawn in The Secret Cow Level too, cow king being the only super unique monster.
    Also, the champion and unique hell bovines that spawn are visually identical to normal or minion hell bovines but they have a higher mlvl which is 83 and 84 respectively. You can check theamazonbasin for some detailed stats, scroll down to hell difficulty https://www.theamazonbasin.com/wiki/index.php?title=Moo_Moo_Farm

    This means champions and above can drop Templar's Might but as @Blessedone mentioned, that could literally happen once in a lifetime.
    I'll be posting below the output of one of the game's drop calculators; ignore the vanilla chance percentage that you see there but remember that even with the increased odds it's still a very rare drop.

    PS: As @sphinx25 mentioned, Tyrael's Might cannot drop in cows though.

    /edit Today I got linked to a similar drop from a couple of years ago, achieved by @Atox http://forum.europebattle.net/threads/your-best-find-of-the-day.539901/page-122#post-848769
    This is the best example as Sting MH will show you both the mlvl and TC of the monster, in this case you can see it being L84 and TC87.
