I almost got burned alive

There was a crazy guy living below me for about a year, i knew something was wrong with him because i once confronted him about a chemical smell from the hallway and he tried to fight me, but i left him alone thinking he was a crazy sick individual by the way he was behaving.

Im sleeping with the family inside the apartment and am woken up by a crazy big banging noise and i see faint smoke, and suddenly the whole floor shakes in the living room, the floor starts falling a part some places, and i wake everyone up and we run to the street in only jackets and underwear.

The whole hallway is covered in black smoke on the way down and i manage to get everyone out in completely blindness from the smoke, we call the fire department and the police, they take the man under arrest and they evacuate the rest of the building, turns out the guy planted acid and chemical substances into the pipes going to my place and turned on a gas holder and set it on fire trying to kill me.

Everything was burned in the fire, all my belongings, all the memories all the things my children made for me, i canceled my insurance months ago because of trouble with being able to pay for it, so none of it is covered, hopefully the justice system will make him pay for everything in the long run.

I will most likely be abscent for a while since i have no pc to play on, im just happy to be alive, thanks for listening i had to get it off my chest.

 

Honestly it's like you were a part of a movie or something, the more i hear the more it's WTF. I'm glad you are still alive!

I hope the judicial system in your country is less fucked than in mine, and that they will eventually find a solution to reimburse your loss !

 

I'm so sorry to hear about what happened. It's truly terrifying and heartbreaking to lose everything like that. I'm glad you and your family are safe, and I hope justice is served.

we are blessed to still be here to tell the story, and hopefully the future will be more bright, and it will eventually turn back to normal, might be able to come back in-game today or tomorrow, since i got hold of a cheap laptop today.
