99 LeveL up

Hello, I have a question.
I currently have a level 97 sorc in non-season.
Since I don't have as much free time as I used to, I play non-ladder occasionally.
I see that there are 8-10 more players in the non-ladder section and we are still continuing to do BH among ourselves.
My question is; can we get the item custom color pot when we reach level 99?

I think is fair enough just get reward in ladder only. You need play ladder like the 9X% players on this server if you want it. The idea is that there is more interaction on the server, if you play non-ladder it is reduced. Normally you can get lvl 90+ in just a few hours. So is not a excuse lvl in ladder. I know the worst thing is getting the items, it takes time. but it is a server that with a little daily time you can quickly get your equipment. greetings!

 

Dude, we didn't start playing Diablo yesterday
We have been playing on this server for 5 seasons. Every year we delete all the heroes and start from scratch.
I make about 10 heroes every season. Hammer, golden barb, Java, Sorc x2, uber smite, necro for cow, sometimes druid sometimes assassin
I collected almost 200 ber last season.
That's not the issue. I'm just asking out of curiosity, I currently have a level 97 character in the off-season. I'm just asking as an idea, I'm not the only one playing on this side. After all, we still trade in-game, we still chat in the lobby. If the whole point is to be active on the server, we're already active. It's just that we don't have enough time to erase all this effort and start from scratch again.
We don't have the money to spend 200 euro at the beginning of each season like some players

 

In no ladder you have the advantage to keep ur characters forever here because they never delete them and that's a rly good thing and you can get good items for cheap or free from people who only play ladder too
You don't need to spend any money to get max level 99 or have best items either

If you want dye you can discuss with somebody who played ladder before season ends thats how my friend has it in no ladder too

I have not seen anyone asking this kind of question to admin friends before. Actually, the GIFT item they will give does not have any effect on the game.
If the only condition is to be level 99, it is not easy to be 99 in non ladder.
4-5 people who can do active full baalrun rarely come together.
I am sure that being 99 in the off-season is harder than it seems.
