    sorry for posting here if its not appropriate but need urgent help to reinstall game
    CANNOT reinstall the game - i followed steps posted at website and always crashing
    think i done all correctly please post here step by step what i should do - thanks in advance

    You posted a help request in the Marketplace, Hardcore category @Ulipus, there is a Help Desk forum already, which is where I moved your thread to.
    What's crashing exactly, the game itself or the installer? Please be more specific and let us know the exact behavior.

    If details are too complicated, record your screen while installing, upload video to google drive, share it, post link.

    (If you do not have a screen recorder, there is a handy recorder for desktop chrome)
