Solved Help - Cannot create game or join

I have encountered issues that I am unable to create a new game or join others game. It get stuck when starting/joining game and the door cannot be opened. It is all normal the day before.

update: found only one character in the same account is normal and the others two characters cannot play game described as above.

Hey there,

your character is what they call "stuck". This usually resolves itself after some time.
Use another character for now, if you are still stuck after 12 hours, leave a post here and we will look into this.

Hey there @dotty please try this and see if it helps, you should be able to unstuck your characters faster by simply following these steps.

Your character got most likely stuck in one of the games you were in, follow the steps below to automatically unstuck it:
1. Attempt to create at least 10 new games with any of the characters that is being stuck.
Basically, just create a game and let it get the "Fail To Join" message, then create a new game again. Repeat this 10 times.
Make sure to count the attempts and that they are at least 10 attempts, as the automatic system put in place will check if something is wrong from that moment on.
2. Once you have done that, simply wait for about 5 to 10 minutes at most and your character will automatically get kicked from that game and will be able to join as normal.

Thanks , it resolved automatically and I didn’t do anything. It happened at the first time play of the day at least 12 hours since the last time.
