Problem with the Cube

Hi,
My problem is that I can use the cube only for quest related transmutations, if I try to transmute 3 pieces of topaz jwl nothing happens, same with the skull heads.
What should I do? I gave 3 pieces of topaz to another player and the cube deleted them one by one....
I do not understand...please help me..I do not want to give up playing, but also my stash is full of jwls and I want the cube to work....

This patch only needs one gem to cube it. In other words just put one chipped gem in the cube then hit transmute a few times until you have a perfect gem.

NB! make sure you have the servers patch loaded. This servers cube is a LOT bigger than in the standard game.

 

Yes, it is way larger, works to be used as a larger inventory...Anyway, thanks 4 tha' help, it works! I tried with 3,4 ,5 ,6 , when it needed only one....but why?I mean why is that not working like it is for the rejuv potions?It's not fer that from any stage of one jwl to transform it in to a perfect one in seconds by it's self....it's not like there so rare and difficult to find.. that was one beauty of the game...well..thanks anyway!

 

My guess is that the upgrading of gems from chipped all the way to perfect, is meant to accommodate the large inventory and the overall lacking of skilers on a private server that has a limited number of users. Less users = less chances to get skilers from trades. Bigger inventory equals even less chances to fill up your inventory with them.
