My account has been locked by an admin because this person thinks I use bots. This is untrue and I would like to continue playing the game on my account. My account name is lojin.

My kid brother was playing at that time. He is too young to understand what was happening.

Your account is your responsability. The "brother" excuse is not working here, sorry and I find it very hard to believe that a "too young" brother as you call him can setup and start a bot by himself.
You are allowed to start a new account but if you will be caught booting again it's going to be a permanent ip ban.
