So I added the EUbattlenet registry thingie, and I got a Diablo II v1.13c, but when I click it, I get a message stating "D2Loader does not recognize this version of Diablo II. This build is only designed to work with Diablo II v1.12." What am I doing wrong?

Maybe you have 1.12 loader? Try to download a new one.

Had the same issue. If you're sure everything is set up correctly (fresh D2 install, correct patch - 1.13c), download the d2loader from the sticky thread in this forum and try it like that. Worked for me, I probably had a d2loader issue.

If it works, come back here and post a quick reply, so others who run into similar stuff find out quickly what to do.
