runeword fail??

Hi,
I was trying to create tis runeword:

Light

5 Socket Weapons Lo + Ist + Gul + Hel + Tir

Level 17-19 Sanctuary Aura When Equipped (varies)
+1-2 To All Skills (varies)
+80% Increased Attack Speed
+250-350% Enhanced Damage (varies)
50% Bonus To Attack Rating
Adds 400-600 Magic Damage
40% Deadly Strike
+2 To Mana After Each Kill
+7 To Light Radius
60% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items
Requirements -40%

Bad news for you, we do not have these new runewords on the server. Stick with 1.10 and ladder runewords unfortunately. I reckon we should tickle our admins a bit on that subject these new toys look awesome

 

I have no idea where you got these from but they are NOT valid runewords,at least not on BNET,or this server.it is possible they are from a modded version of Diablo 2,though...

 

They are merely runeword SUGGESTIONS, not actual runewords implemented in the official patch. Next time do a more thorough reading.

Well, I didn't know about them either, but all I did was waste a good hour or so in reading the link in the post. At the end, TADAA, it was written black on white (or white on black, don't remember) that they are only runeword SUGGESTIONS. Also, reading the 1.13 release notes - only the beginning (Major changes) - would have solved the mystery; IF Blizzard had introduced new runewords, they would certainly have been mentioned in the release notes, as well as on the official Diablo2 site (The Arreat Summit - Items: Rune Words).
