Switch with official server

    Hello mate !

    I'm new on this server but I want switch between Official and EuropaBattlenet, whereas it's impossible for me to connect to the official.
    I reinstall D2, reset Gateway, what I can do to connect with official ?
    My D2 is lock for EuropaBattlenet...:s

    You could have used SEARCH first of all as this has been discussed already into a thread and we don't want to create separate discussions as we don't really deal with official server support since it's a private server.

    The easiest way of doing the switching is to have diablo2 installed in two different folders (one having the official patch and the other folder having our private server patch 1.13c+mpq patch).
    Once this is done all you have to do is download one of our two gateway editors and manually add our ip address. Whenever you wish to play on our server "set as default gateway" our ip address and when you want to switch back, choose the official gateway address.

    Oooh...I'm so sorry, I just overfly topic of the forum....Sorry...

    But for your answer, that's problem, because I played on different private server, so for each install, I did two directory for install EuropaBattlenet and the official.
    I tried even of uninstall and reinstall D2 but Europa stay in my computer...The gateway is however the official

    PS : I'm so sorry for the topic, I go found the topic ;).

    I try to reinstall D2 again and it work ! I just changed the install directory...Thanks for attention.

    It should have worked from the first time, though. Probably you meesed something upon changing the gateways with the manual gateway editor.
