So i see ppl finally show interest in pvm necros so with 15 mins spare time i decided to write this guide for u buds.
    STATS
    1. strength: enough to wear items
    2. dexterity: enough to wear items
    3. vitality: rest of stats
    4. energy: nothing

    SKILLS
    • Amplify dmg: 20 points( u can do with less but u get enough points with this build so why not cover a bigger area ?)
    • Corpse explosion: 20 points( only dmg source from character so ofc we max it. Dmg doesn't go up but range does so again as with amp we max it for minimal clicking and overall more dps in time)
    • Bone armor: 1 point(offers a little phys dmg abs that let's u get away from when u teleport in those fana enchanted groups)
    • Bone wall: 1 point
    • Bone prison: 1 point(as with bone wall it gives bone armor more absorb and it might come in usefull)
    • Golem mastery: 20 points
    • Summon rezist: 20 points
    • Iron golem: here is where u dump the rest of your remaining points
    • Revives: i don't personally use this but 1 point in it can be usefull if u feel the need for more meat shields
This build does not use skellys mages or other sources of dmg besides CE as it is the fastest for mf purpouses only. U can solo any arrea and diaclone. U can not do UT with this build(just make a smiter ..)

    ITEMS
    • Helm: Shaco( i wont give a cheaper option as i consider this is already cheap and the best one socket it with w/e u like i prefer Um. Topaz can do to if u don't need the rezistances from Um.)
    • Armor: Enigma( this is the expensive part of the build. This is the best option other can do but will diminuish your speed by alot). Second option would be Skin
    • Belt : Arachnig mesh(this is the best belt and is needed with the enigma build). Other belts that can work with the skin build are tgods verdungo etc..
    • Boots: Wt's( for obvius reasons mf str vita). I wont list other options as i find this to be cheap enough
    • Glowes: Trang ouls( best option). Magefist will do just as good till u can replace
    • Shield: Spirit(35 fcr is needed with the enigma build). If skin is used fcr on shield does not matter.
    • Weapon: Hoto(best weapon by far ). Other weps that can do are wizzpike suicide branch etc..
    • Rings: 1x 10 fcr ring(bonus stats are nice) 1x(w/e u feel the need to i personally use raven but dwarf whisp can do if u feel the need for the absorb)
    • Amulet: Mara

    MERCENARY( ACT 2 NM OFFENSIVE)
    • Helm: Guilhame(Socket this with a 15 ias jewels very important)
    • Armor: Treachery
    • Belt: Nosferatu's coil
    • Boots: Gore riders
    • Amulet: Hihglords
    • Ring: Carrion wind
    • Glowes: SteelRend(Best option by far). Other glowes that will suffice til u can afford rends are IK Glowes Rare Glowes etc..(DO NOT USE DRACS AS THEY REMOVE YOUR AMP AND U DO NOT WANT THAT )
    • Weapon: Infinity CV OR CA(Best option by far ads more dmg to CE and gives u that sweet 40% CB so u can reach 100% cb with the above build to smash balls or diablo face. Other option are any ethreal high dmg weps.
w/e changes u do to the merc build do not forget that he needs 90 ias to hit the ias bp with CV or CA. Also any cold dmg done to monsters prevents u from using CE on them. So with that in mind No cold dmg dealing items.
    GOLEM

With that much points invested into iron golem he never dies so do w/e u like. I personally prefer inisght as it is cheap and gives that sweet meditation aura so u dont need to spam mana pots. Other option can be anything that benefits the mercenary killing speed.

    WHERE TO FARM?

U can farm any area u like but considering this is probably the fastest aoe killer in the game i dont suggest farming singluar bosses like countess pindle nihatalak etc.. Instead focus on high crouded alvl 85 places like Chaos Sanctuary WSK lvl 1-3 Chamber etc.. cows is another great place for this guy

Hope u found this usefull buds happy farming.
(This guide may contain grammar errors yadayada as i wrote this in like 4 mins so have mercy)

This is not a good Necro guide. Sorry, but anyone who dumps points into iron golem or summon resist and then says that after making this dump, their iron golem wont die has no idea what they are doing .

Dumping points into summon resist is useless as summon resist caps off relatively fast. 1 point is sufficient when you have + to skills gear.
Dumping points into iron golem just increases its thorns damage which accounts for no damage at all. 1 point is sufficient when you have + to skills gear.

If you want your iron golem to live then you should dump points into summon mastery and blood golem (as blood golem increases the HP of all other golems) Note that dumping into blood golem is not a good idea as the increase in HP is marginal when compared to summon mastery. You are better off dumping points into skeletons and skeleton mastery for additional meat shields so that mobs don't target your hire and golem as much. Having extra skells is very important for any necro who wants to tele bomb with CE. Note that fire enchanting your skells is a thing and leads to a massive dps increase.

Sumon rezist does not cap off it has diminuishing returns and it's not like u have other places to dump points. When i said invested into iron golem i did not mean exactly the iron golem but rather golem mastery and sumon rezist wich i said to max idk why are u pointing that out .Extra dmg from throns is better than the marginal hp from blood golem yes that's why i didnt even pump it.Skelly's are garbage no matter how u look at them even as meat shield 1 pt revive is better.Have a nice day

Summon Rez doesn't cap off but I said that it pretty much caps since its diminishing returns becomes insane once it reaches a sufficient level (past lvl 20). Thorns damage is useless since you are getting your first monster kill from your merc and the majority of your DPS is from corpse explosion. Note also that the difficulty penalty (NM/Hell -res) doesn't affect Necro summons. Moreover, summon resist does not affect revived monsters as they retain their original resistances.

Skelly damage is good if you are using a might merc. Even better if you use beast but that was not part of your build. If you pre enchant your skells, they do insane boss damage and guarantee a telebomb kill. Skells are an amazing meat shield so long as you have points into skeleton mastery. My skells never die.

If you want to use revives, then that's fine but I don't like doing this for a few reasons.
    1. When you tele bomb with a revive in your group, your summons will not begin to move unless you move. If you and your revives are all in the same spot then monsters that you tele into will automatically hit you and ignore the revives and merc due to priority of attacks. This can put you into a stun lock. If you have a pack of skeletons and no revives, this problem does not occur as your summons will spread immediately. Due to the spread, you are not the main focus of attacks anymore.
    2. Constantly re summoning revives can be a pain. I find it takes me longer to complete runs if I have to re summon.
    3. Skells can be pre enchanted which dramatically increases your single target dps and helps a ton against physical immune monsters with additional def buffs.

what are u even talking about pre enchanting skellys, wasting time to even do them, beast on me that drops my fcr pride on merc(expensive and garbage). This nec 1 shots everything from 1 to 4p and drops ball in like ~13 sec in 1p due to 100% cb merc. What are u sugesting is sub par and lowers the kill speed.I do not want revives i just sugested them if someone really needs them (if u die in pvm with this much gear on u than idk LOL).

Jah is right, I think you're just trolling his build without even having tried it. If you played it at least for 5 minutes you would understand that enchanting skeletons or hireling in this build is softly put worthless. There are no immunes to this build. You just farm everything :)

Beast is in no way better than hoto, you will miss the FCR frame, there is absolutely no need for more dmg on hireling, and the aura for the skeletons is just .. well you know, they deal so much dmg anyway lol.

For the sake of it , I too disagree with the way some of the skill points are spent, but your ways to improve them will actually make for a worse situation, sorry.

for the most part golem mastery and sumon rezist are a must if u want your golem to stay alive but yes i do agree mby the last points that i spent into iron golem can be redistribuited into let's say bone armor sinergy but i do not have any problems dying so idk i didn't really care much.

That is exactly my build. My golem mastery is max, I have Summon Resistance to 70% with my gear and BO on. I didn't put any points on the golem, because he is fine as is. I have 4 points on Skeleton Mastery, Max Bone Wall , Around 6 points on Bone Prison, and rest I'll put on Amplify Damage, because in Cow runs it reduces the run time, but in other zones I don't find it so useful, hence not maxed, but I do appreciate the points spent around Bone Armor , because it helps. Mine absorbs around 560 damage, I have no skillers, only Anihilus and a Sorc torch ( lol ). I was using the All vitality build, but after my first reset I put enough dex ( around 180 dexterity points ) so I could get ~60 block with my Spirit. I use Marrowwalk boots , because I find the stats they give more useful than the rest of the boots out there ( they are probably close with Waterwalks ). I have a bad ring with cast and some dex and the rest of the gear is as you described it. I was using the regular merc ( Forti, Andys and such ) , but the Fortitude does not work well with this build. Even tho the hireling never died, the damage was lower and he was shattering some of the bodies. With your hireling build this problem vanished and I'm way more pleased with the speed of farming runs now. Sometimes I have to babysit the hireling with pots, but it takes like 2 pots for the whole run I'm doing, and he reduced the time drastically, so I'm fine with that :) The only summons this build needs is skeletons, and it doesn't exactly need them, I mean it in a way that you should not spend points on another summoners, like Magis, Revives and such, because it is just not worth it. You need your Golem for mana restoration and your Hireling, thats it. Skellys just help to avoid having them focused, they don't help with damage. This is why you will be wasting a huge chunk of your time to enchant them. Whether they die or not - it just doesn't matter. Mine usually don't die, but if some of them do I just spawn them again, whats the big deal. I'd rather spent my points on something that protects me, rather than a spawnable monster that only soaks damage. If you are running this build primarily for cows, putting more points in Amplify damage will reduce the time it takes to do the whole run , because it has a wider range ( You will target cows you don't see ) and usually the ones that get cursed will die out of the first explosions, the ones that aren't cursed need a second one, hence the reduced time. It is overall a good build ,even tho it has some differences with mine, I still respect it, because it farms pretty well everywhere. I can clear the whole cow level in 2 minutes ( I'm not bragging, I'm not a good player, but the hero is effective ) , you can farm trav VERY easily, same goes for niht. You can farm everything that has clumps of monsters easy, but these places are easier than the rest. I think this is just the ultimate farmer, because it beats the farming times of my other heroes and doesn't die like them too. And out of them it was the most inexpensive to build. Literally the only item that has any value is the Enigma, I have an empty inventory, no skillers, I have some SC's with life that I found during my runs ( I started without them ), you can usually go with CTA, tho your merc will probably die easier, because if you follow this build he's all about the dmg. With BO's he's good to go. People run with all kinds of different builds, but I believe this is the most effective of them all. You just have to try it for yourself. If you got the items, you don't need an inventory. The reason I play with it the most is because it uses a bit more spells than my other heroes ( Nova - tp , for example ) , it gets boring fast :).
Thumbs up for the guide, despite the difference in opinions, ( which are inevitable ) I believe this is a well put together guide.
Oh, and I use one small charm with 5fhr, so I don't miss out the fhr bp.

No need to argue here mates, this is not d2jsp lol...
@D2GoForBroke is a good and experienced player, as I saw in many cases, and I don't deny @jah is also well intentioned. I just think that everybody has his personally style of playing and the variety of the builds is sooooo large and why not, unusual from case to case. Good luck farming
    P. S. In many cases I just don't even use CTA for prebuff(at least I did so when I was playing, now I'm just to busy to play unfortunately, just browsing forum because I love the community here) 'cause I'm just to hurry to catch up 10 minutes of fast gaming...

Nobody is arguing here, we are all sharing experiences and opinions in making something better. I didn't condemn his build in any way , I actually appreciate differences in opinions. I have no doubt that he is an experienced player :)
