    Well, there is definitelly not 1 movie that stands above all ive seen, but if i have to shoot from side now, i would say King's speech.

    PS. IMO answers woudl be better.. uhm comprehensive, if it would be dividen into generes, like: best comedy (crime-comedy could also be treated as separate genere), thriller, drama, etc. :p
    Try to compare, for example, Shawshank Redemption and Shrek. Both great, but give different kind of "fun". Like telling what is better: sport super-car or a big truck.
    All that whining coming from me, but I am to lazy to do it myself. ^_^
