    This is actually a very nice circlet for any melee or ww-sin
    Not too sure about the value, but at least a couple ber.

    I don't have enough experience to estimate it's value, but I do know, that assassin (it would be similar with no-singer barb, amazon or mele dudu) has virtually no use of FCR - other than teleport (since traps placement speed comes from weapon speed and IAS), that circlet is quite good for ww (whirlwind speed is based on weapon speed only) or blade fury sin.

    jewel 39ED/8dex - is nice jewel for a char that doesnt need the ias,
    but wants extra dmg and dex - around Lo+
    jewel 11max /14 resist - around vex
    jewel 15 ias/20 light resist - bit low resist but still around gul to vex

    @FallFromGrace ww sin/ghost all depend on similar items - dual claw, eni/tm, highlord, raven and some fcr ring, trangs, spider, dancers AND a 2/20++ helm. Basically if you have some godly gear you can skip some of the items, but you still need that 2/20 helm. Hell, even coa is better than the one listed. Also sins generally dont need strenght, unless they're using runic claws or similar high req. Even with 65 fcr bp you will have to sacrifise good stats, dmg, life etc. to compensate the loss of a single 2/20 helm. Therefore visionary mode is irrelevent, because of a very popular claw speed bug (look at it at google, basically you need -20 and -30 claws and bos and you dont need ias). Sorry for off topic.

    Amu 2 ama/9 cast/ 29 str/5 dex
    2 sors/10 cast/ 62 mana/ 18 all rez

    With fhr this would have been a nice jewel.
