    U combine one of each (andy/duri, mef, dia and baal - total of 4 essences) and u get a new item - token. If u use this one in your cube, ur character stats and skills will be reseted (like a1 q1 from akara).

    There are 4 different kind of essenced.
    All 4 are dropped by act bosses. Keep in mind that the drop is not 100%.
    Andariel and Duriel drop the same essence.
    Meph, Diablo and Baal drop the other 3.
    So if you want to collect all 4 essences. You will need to kill all act bosses.
    Once you have 4 different essences ( blue, green, yellow and red).
    You can combine them in cube and make token.
    You can use token yourself or sell for vex rune.
