   I know for the Blizzard version diablo2 I can use 'data' folder to change the UI. But when I tried the same method on the 1.13C version the server provided, it doesn't work.
   By the way, I'm Chinese playing this game in Canada.

   You'd need to have the chinese version of the game installed, not sure if that can be changed through the lang file anymore. PS: Using a separate data folder won't work so a different method has to be found but we recommend sticking to the english version of the game.
