Solved We need help, things get ruff

There is a reason why some of you have it and others don't have any issues as it's already been confirmed. Most of you having lag issues are mainly from Bulgaria while the server is also hosted in Europe so distance is not a problem, most likely a big upstream that few countries nearby including ours and yours use it for external routing is experiencing some issues in the past day or two. Even though you might have a stable connection most of times and have no problems with the other games, the routing to specific external locations can be problematic and it's not necessarily our or your provider's fault especially since some countries may use a single upstream for their most providers and external issues can be quite common with them sometime. That's not something we or you can deal with, prolly not even your provider except calling the upstream support line and wait for it because internet is more complicated than you'd think. These kind of issues are usually are only temporary so you'll just need to wait, having an attitude and being rude with others won't help you out especially considering your past behaviour in this community so keep this in mind. As someone else said there are also loads of players now too and the architecture of this game is really old. Take a break or switch to SC if you're not able to play in HC for the moment and give it time for us to see what's happening, some issues can't be figured out instantly.

I'll continue monitoring the situation closely and if it's necessary I'll submit a ticket to our provider as well but in any of the cases you'll have to wait and be patient because these scenarios take time, there isn't some `fix button` that once you press it it fixes everything instantly. If you want to help out you can send me a private message with some mtr logs (minimum one hour of logs). I'm doing it myself even from inside of the server to couple people with issues and so far the latency doesn't go past 28ms-52ms for them which is really low, as you can see here.

Fixed, this was unrelated to anyone's internet connection and it only took place during busy peak times which made it harder to track. http://forum.europebattle.net/threads/server-issues-fixed.542389/
