Hello everyone. Recently started up again, started cold sorc and have gotten myself shako, vipermagi, spirit sword/monarch and magefist. My resists suck so now i could use some suggestions on how to progress from here. Ive been thinking about running hell mepi. Or mabye struggle thrpugh hell cows for pgems. Any advice welcome
Hi, run cows for runes, (take gems and sell 40 pgems - vex) lower kurest for runes in chest (max sur) 4 act second quest mob l88 lvl can drop all items, and its not hard to kill after that when you find some runes make some items like hoto, cta and etc, then try to farm in 4act diablo, nihatal and ball it will all fall into place just be patient
I'd start with cows before "Anything" else. Hell trav is a clown party waiting to happen for a cold sorc and especially for someone just coming back to the scene with the gear listed. While cold sorcs are widely and vastly known for being good room clear specimens they do not fare well with the suggested equip list and sticking to the moo moo's may be in your best odds as of right now. Sure, you can run the listed areas above, however survivability is not very high at the stakes your going up against currently. I suggest cows over all until you build up some rune currency to either trade for items or find the necessary ones to assemble your own runewords. Ancient tunnels. You will gain experience there, there are no cold imune mobs, you can find every item in game in there.
i totally agree with @Quinneczech Run ancient tunnels and profit easily no cold immunes and small area with lots of unique and champ packs+sparklechest which can drop Lo
Nice, will try tunnels+cows as survivabillity is a problem. Should i try to run some mf or just go clean for runes?
well last magic find breakpoint from my point of view is 450-510% magic find diminishing returns after that last breakpoint so make sure u have decent killing speed first then decent mf and run champ,uniquepacks and sparklechest only i found unique diadem and sacred armor this ladder by doing ancient tunnel runs
Runes -> Countess + Cows TC87 Uniques -> Nihla mostly Uniques -> Travi Hell Gems -> Also Cows in TC85 u can find this stuff too for sure, i prefer killspeed > mf
with act2 merc you could run pit too there are not too much cold immunes and act 2 merc can kill those
I decided to run cows. Now i have hoto 37, spirit shield. Nightwing helm. Vipermagi armor. Maras amu. 1 soj and one bk. Merc is equipped with eth bugged forti and andariels. My next move is probably insight for merc and switch to ele. Anyone got torch/anni for sale? Or know prices i should offer
