how to get 2% fcr ?

well my sorc is lightning
the breakpoint for lightning is 117 fcr and im 115 fcr right now
my gear :
- shako => no fcr
- Hoto => 40 fcr
-spirit monarch perfect => 35 fcr
-CoH => for res , if replace by anything else my res dropped to negative
-arch belt => 20 fcr
- mage fist => 20 fcr
question is how to get 2% fcr to reach breakpoint for lightning sorc
thinking about buy a circle with 2sk 20fcr or amulet 2 light sk 20fcr but that is too expensive and lower my res + MF
so what do i do to get 2 fcr ?

 

10fcr ring

also you could replace the shako with 2sorc 20fcr + adds circ
mf is doesnt really matter

 

I concur with toly, 10 fcr ring and call it a day. Work up to Griffon when you can.

 

If u are expert in diablo 2 like using swap casting spells since firebolt 2nd last breakpoint is 105 fcr so see this video and understand if thr bug works for ya then GG
