    Hello,
You will have to download the spanish client of the game if you want everything to be in spanish.
I'm pretty sure I had the spanish game client somewhere in my computer, I'll look for it later on and edit my post if I do.

Never heard of blizzard creating a hungarian game client, besides english version is most recommended to be used.

I know it has been solved, but I´m quite interested on it and I would like to ask a question right here:
Of course, the game´s client you have shared on your last comment is on Spanish; However, the Server patch is on english. Wouldn´t that create some kind of conflict while executing the game? If not, Does it mean that there will be some items (gems bag for example) which will be on english while the rest of the game is on Spanish?

Why would you recommend the english version? I think you know why I´m doing this kind of questions if you have read the last pm I sent you some minutes ago (you know, mates of mine playing the game for the first time. It would be easier for them to learn it if they have got it in their native language).

    Greetings

The language of the game is controlled by the .TBL files located in data/local/lng/. When you install spanish client for example, it just installs the ESP language instead of EN language in that folder.
You can force this behavior by using alternate .TBL files and then telling the game how to use them. Example: "-direct -txt -lng esp" in target line sets language to spanish...remove that, and its back to english...you could do this for any number of languages.
For custom items that the server has added(like gembags), you would see "an evil force" because you are replacing the servers .TBL files with your own preferred ones...and your preferred ones dont have the new entries for that item in the .TBL files
There is no "conflict" between server and client since all the info is being retrieved from your local install anyhow, but errors like that would appear for custom items.

The Patch_D2.mpq includes by default all languages that blizzard translated their game to: CHI, DEU, ENG, ESP, FRA, ITA, JPN, KOR and POL
If you either install the spanish client or the english client, etc you will get the same Patch_D2.mpq file in all cases. What installing the spanish client does is actually modifying the language path inside of the d2lang.dll and some of the game MPQ files to point to the ESP language folder instead. Therefore, by installing the spanish client of the game you will use the ESP language folder located in our server patch. For custom items like gem bags, names have already been added in all the other language files as well. We kept the names in english though so you will read it as Gem Bags instead of Bolsas de Gemas.

@JFORTE77, there won't be any sort of conflict if you use a spanish client together with our patch it's just that I recommend the english client because it's easier for everyone to use same items names, attributes, etc like when you would trade items or ask for advices from other players and especially if we are talking about some fan made translation of a different language. There are plenty people that use spanish, german, polish clients or russian translations and so on so feel free to use the ESP client link, as for other client languages they're kinda hard to find on the internet as most of them have been deleted.
