   I cant Connect since this morning. Tried to Re - Install Diablo but doesnt work.I DONT have antivirus.

   The server is online and running just fine, it's possible for your provider to experience some temporary isolated issues since that message says you cannot establish a connection. You could try restarting your router and see if it helps: unplug it completely, leave it like that for about 60 seconds and plugin it back in. Let me know.
