Completed Planned Maintenance on Tuesday December 11th

We will be performing a scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, December 11th at 3:00 AM UTC in order to install the latest operating system updates together with a planned update for our core platform that addresses the couple interrupts we experienced earlier this morning among other new features and coding improvements. During this period, all servers will be unavailable. We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 1 hour, concluding at around 4:00 AM UTC. The platform upgrade will unfortunately wipe the friends list and you will need to re-add your friends when the server comes back online.

Note: Just a heads up, seems the friends list is acting strange on the modern versions of the main platform as it appears to be fine for most members but it may clear randomly for some newer accounts after a complete reboot of the realm and they may have to add their friends back. As far as I see the same issue has been reported by other realms and servers too since majority uses the same software version in order to emulate and host games like warcraft3, diablo2, starcraft, etc and although it may not be a deal breaker it could be annoying for the few of you that may experience it. Unfortunately this is something that the platform developers have to deal with so hopefully they will address this issue soon or let us know if there is some workaround. I suggest you save a screenshot of your friends list just in case.

We will be performing an unplanned maintenance to address some issues that came up after the new update on several random diablo accounts although everything works perfectly fine on the test server we used before the update. No ETA as of now, we will update this thread when we are done.

 

We are back online and everything seems to be working normal now, friends list and profiles description are working again too. Thanks for your patience.
We added a new layer of logs and will continue to monitor the situation for the rest of the day just to make sure everything is fine, send us a private message if you notice any issues and remember always use the trade window if you mule anything important so in case the game crashes or your connection goes down you won't risk loosing anything.
