WTB Barb masteries GC with 10 max dmg.

looking for some barb mastery gcs with 10 max dmg for my throw barb.

The charm that you are looking for does not exist because it will require to have at least two prefixes.
The prefix that gives max damage, also gives attack rating:
Sharp +49-76 to Attack Rating
+7-10 Maximum Damage
The +1 to masteries is also a prefix:
Fanatic +1 to Combat Masteries (Barbarian Only)
There is however a suffix that gives max damage:
Maiming +3-4 to Maximum Damage

So, at best you can get a Fanatic Grand Charm of Maiming: +1 Masteries, +4 Max Damage
