For the protocol, and because is good to know (especially for the new players!) such Rare/Crafted Javelins (2/2/40 or 4 Java 40 IAS + the Suffix of Replenishing/Propogation!) are extremely rare and extremely expensive! For some players (Relax... Not only for PvP players...) they are even more valuable than Lancer's/Valkyrie's Javelins, mainly because of 2 reasons... First reason - you will go to say Hello Charsi, less often! Second reason - she will "pickpocket" you only with 1 gold! Last, but not least - there may be more useful affixes - some stats ; some res ; life/mana per hit ; mana after kill ; etc ; etc ; etc ; bla ; bla ; bla...

Because a lot of players ask me - "Why Lancer's/Valkyrie's/Some Rare/Craft Maiden/Ceremonial/Matriarchal Javelins are so special, and why they are better than Titan's Revenge?!" - i decided to answer here, and i hope to bee seen from a lot of players, first because is important, and second, because to answer separately to everyone, is honestly annoying...
The simple answer is THE IAS (Increased Attack Speed...) and it is, because without the huge amount of IAS, is nearly impossible to reach the last 2 IAS Breackpoints/Frames - 89 IAS with 9 FPA (For attacks with throwing - including Lightning Fury!) and 95 IAS with 7 FPA (For standard attacks - inluding Charged Strike!)

There are millions of topics about all kind of Breakpoints/Frames (FCR/FHR/FBR/FRW/ICB/ETC/ETC/ETC...) and a lot calculators for IAS/BLOCK/SKILLS/STATS/DROPS/Affixes/Summon Pets & Skeletons/And more/And more/And more...
