    around 3-4 ber+
    Most nec dont play bonemancer but summon with insight golem, so mana usually isnt a real problem.
    For a pvp nec this 104 mana is a nice boost. if you can find a pvp nec looking for this you can probably negotiate a better price.

    Both stats are usable and have certain price. As for of 15 md... that is average jewel to use most level 18 duellers. Decent damare for the level. 16 and 17 and 18 max damage for level 18 is the rarest. I still haven’t seen 15+ Md & 15 @ so this may be considered perfect jewel.


    At 30 level PvP is a lot versatile and jewels with all rez are High in demand /and on lastest stages on PVP *96+ Probably the highest but with other mods - like Ias or life. 7fhr 9 9 15 would be the ultimate Jewel imho and most duels between skilled players come really close - so any weird stunt you pull might lead you to victory.

    For the sake of it Let’s say - jewel 15 md Around vex in the Best scenario.
    15@ around ohm.

    Just a quick correction mate, the rarest max dmg jewel for level 18 is 20max, I have seen 1 or 2 around and 24max dmg for level 30. I personally agree withe everything else you wrote.

    Better to reroll this one as the GC itself worth 2 ber (lvl 94/95/99 as it reach 45 life) you will find nobody to pay this amount for summon sk 45hp

    might be able to get sur to ber from someone on a budget.
