Just a suggestion, up to you if you take it or not: instead of ias cb gloves, go for LoH - 20 IAS, +350% enhanced damage vs. demons! (guess what, all Pandemonium bosses are demons). I took advice from people who know more than me and was glad with that choice (smiter build). Btw, CoH also provides enh. dmg vs demons...
