Use /time command in game to check server time and your local time.
Note: All players must show up within 30 minutes before the actual tournament start time.
Important: Turn off chicken to avoid being kicked out of the game by opening your maphack configuration file and removing or uncommenting all lines referring to chicken life option.

1v1 PvP competition is played on Softcore where participants use already prepared high level character and then they fight each other to the death.


Forum registration for the event :

• The players will sign up for the event with : account name, character name, class and build
• Example: Account Name: zguby, Atheena, Sorceress, Lightning ES

Preparation:

• Players will join a private chat room where they will wait for their turn to battle.
• Players will be joining the game when the GM will whisper the game name and pass. Both players have to add the GM to the friend list.
• Players can't leave the chat room and change gear in game based on the opponent. Only two players at a time can join the game + GM.
• All games are played on “Hell” difficulty, on Blood Moor location. Leaving Blood Moor or the game will be result of instant loss. All the area must be cleared from monsters / potions before battle.

Players verification:

• Energy Shield (ES) Sorceresses will need to verify their inventory. After the players join the game and before leaving the town, they will have to Print Screen their stats, inventory and hover on their belt and post them on a dedicated thread here in the forums either with a simple Ctrl+V or by using an image sharing website such as https://imgur.com and posting the image link.
• Paladins will only need to verify before the event starts to see if their skills build has any max resist
• Refusal to show inventory/weapon swap/stats will result in a loss.

Inventory size:

• For this event we will go with full inventory, 6x10 rows for charms allowed.

1. General Rules

1. No Mercenaries.
2. No prebuffing for any character.
3. No cube allowed. All characters except ES can have all extra slots with mana potions.
4. No more than 40 Life Replenish is allowed.
5. %Damage reduction - 50% max
6. No use of Healing, Rejuvenation, Thawing and Antidote potions.
7. No excessive use of houses, walls
8. No spell cast before both players say "go" and the duel starts.
9. No use of Life tap in Melee vs. Melee.
10. Ties are ties not first kill.
11. No overly defensive play. No being off-screen for more then 10 seconds.
12. All items which grant a chance to cast Amplify Damage are banned.
13. No respec/stat reset allowed once the event starts.

2. Resistances Rules

Cold

• max 400 total cold resistance + 0% absorb
• max 320 total cold resistance + 20% absorb
• max 250 total cold resistance + 40% cold absorb
  If the total cold resistance is more than 300, the max cold resistance is 75.

Lightning

• 80 maximum + 20% absorb
• 85 maximum + 0% absorb

Fire

• 80 maximum + 15% absorb
• 85 maximum + 0% absorb

Poison

• 90 maximum + 0% PLR
• 85 maximum + 25% PLR
• 80 maximum + 75% Poison Length Reduction

3. Class Specific Rules

• Sorceress

1. No mana pots if you are using Energy Shield.
2. No more than 27 life replenish if using Energy Shield.
3. No %absorb or + max resistance if using Energy Shield.
4. %DR is capped at 31 if using Energy Shield.

• Necromancer

1. Bone Prison is allowed vs. anything that can Teleport in 1v1.
2. No Iron Maiden Curse.
3. No Life Tap Curse.
4. No Corpse skills are allowed.
5. No Bone Wall.
6. No fire golem against characters based on fire (sorc, trapsin, druid).
7. No clay golem against melee characters, recommending Blood golem.

• Druid

1. No Cyclone Armor recast if absorption gear is used.
2. If druid build is max block - 35% max damage reduce.

• Assassin

1. Dual-claw assassins: maximum resistance to any element is 80 (or 75 if using percent or integer absorb).
2. Dual-claw assassins: only one item granting absorb is allowed.

• Amazon

1. No Slow Missile

• Paladin

1. Using a Resistance Aura counts as in absorb/maxres rules.
2. No abuse of charge+vigor to desynch, macro usage.

Rewards:
1st place - 7 x Ber
2nd place - 5 x Ber
3rd place - 3 x Ber

Complaining about how unfair the duel was, swearing at other players, spamming, etc will get you disqualified and blacklisted, however, we are open to suggestions that will help us improve following events.
These rules are to make your enjoyment as much as possible, not to restrict you, please follow them and do not try to cheat.
