Allowed to use this bug?

Can i use Mephisto over moat trick with sorceress? And other bugs like this?

 

of course you can use it , it's a cheese method that low geared players used for killing mephisto

 

I dont think that there are any "features" that are banned from use here. This is a fairly stable version. Also "features" like skillbug that can provide some adv are really hard to pull off.
Ps. Not sure whats up with legit fc tho @Gix @inayat
