Are the drop rates on High Runes raised as well?

I have been farming pits travincal and countess for runes and I have only found 1 ohm. It's not in bad context either I love the server it's just a question. I might even be farming the wrong spots. Again I have only been here 2 weeks.

 

It pretty easy to get high runes from countess, at least a Lo everyday, and I think the drop rate for high runes is also raised, because in two weeks times, I already got 2 chams and 1 ber.

 

Rune Drop rate is x10 too although I been playing here 1 mothn +- and I`ve never got anything over Sur.

btw countess max drop is Lo.
travi max is Cham
