Best Starter Character! ^_^

Since there will be a ladder reset this coming friday of course all people will start again from nothing. So there will be no rush and giving items. So I just want to ask what is the best character to start with? A character that can solo hell? What do i have in mind is a Wolf Druid with Rabies as a main attack because i think there is no monster that has an immunity with his deadly fangs. XD

 

My Starter character is always a Sorceress Frozen Orb/Fireball and I normally play Hardcore. Sorceress is never an easy character to survive with but she does move and farm quickly. She is also pretty easy to equip with cheap and nasty equipment.

Bear in mind that you will initially do most of your gear farming in Travicle in nightmare AND it is true that Travicle is a very short run, that does not need teleportation to farm. So you may prefer a character like a "Hammerdin" that kills a lot faster and is easier to survive with.

Cold Sorceress (Blizzard ) is a solid choice too.You can kill mephisto on hell difficulty without him touching you(if you know how).

 

Aw.. How can I do that? please teach me since I am a newbie. XD Will it work against other bosses too?

then u do some nightmare runs for items, run travincal and mephisto it will be easy for u eaven naked
try to get nice gear there like Oculus, Viper, Shako(not shure it can drop there), war traveler......
then go on hell, and that is about it.

later when u get items do uber smiter for torches... i hope this helps sry for bad english

cold sorc is always the best choice.. i usually make my first char blizzard sorc and i can pass easy normal/nm/hell by myself without help... but if you make party with other chars... light and fire sorcs or paladin for auras is much better
