Solved Can't join or create game

Hi,

It is possible that your character is stuck, which can happen on rare occasions as you can read in a similar post made here.
This usually ends after a few hours or after a game server restart.
Start with restarting your pc and make sure you have no open game processes in your task manager, otherwise try joining with that character later on like in an hour or two and if you're still having issues just wait for the daily restart which takes place every day at 4:00 AM UTC and play a different character until then. Some of the game servers may sometime receive a fast reboot during the day too.

Make sure to include your account and character name when asking for help.
