   with 1 claw i see 40 ias , but when i watch secondary claw i dont see 80 ias ... it's normally ?
   
   ps: when i add an amulet with 20 ias, i see the ias incresed by 60 ...

   offhand (that one you equipped 2nd, generally above boots) claws ias doesnt count while dual wielding
