cude does not work

    I am new player in this server. last night I have tried Many times to Transmute with cube not working. Even 3 hp portions. Could anyone tell me what is the problem please?

    I am sure there are nothing else other than the thing needed to be transmuted.

    Please help, many thanks.

    they changed it on this server.
    put 1 gem in cube and click on transmute, then see what happens.
