Discovery in "Runewords" (chance to get better)

Well, I noticed that everyone was joking about the runewords, but nobody really knew how to have a better chance of getting better than the average.
I share this knowledge and discovery with you now.


Make a runeword it is easy. But earn best is the hard.

How i make a runeword! :
-base item : ( Quality max/repair the item )
- where make it? : ( Nightmare act 3 )

which I put almost 20% better than I did not put in "max quality" elsewhere!

I know this does not seem to many, not that ...

but just think if you get 20% more than the others then it means you have somebody (10 ber's for you 12 lbs)
is not it so bad?

Isnt that just pure rng? Doubt blizzard put a secret runeword mechanic that no one discovered for like a decade

 

I got to agree with Darel. This game has been out for over decade, and I haven't seen any information about secret runeword mechanic. Runewords are pure RNG, and none of the factors can't make them better. Once, there was a myth about secret cow level, that if you open portal with tome which has 20 portals in it, it will spawn with more cows or better drops, but again, none of that is true due to the fact that game is based around RNG.

tried your strategy - don`t think it works - almost every time a minimum :/ - i suppose its just luck.
