Doubts about the attributes of jewelry, and rare objects

Hello, I have a couple of doubts about jewelry and rare or orange items.

According to your experience in the game, which jewels are the most valuable and what attributes do they need to be worth some intermediate-high rune?

And in question of the rare ones, in boots, crowns or circles, what attributes must they have to be worth something.

Is there something similar in the forum as a list of attributes that are worth for jewels, rare objects or oranges?

You can basicly find all affixes lists for all items on the internet with a little bit of google research.
