    Please modify Gerke's Sanctuary

    i think need add Faster Block Rate and maybe something else
    to be good as Stormshield. but now Gerke slow
    that would be great for HC and SC

    This Item not in shop now. but later people can buy eth perf version for bug
    its not take problemm with gameplay
