I have joined this server 4 days ago and have witnessed complete disrespect towards the duel with bet. I have read the rules that Jesus has provided(http://forum.gamesymbol.com/f916/[pvp]-respectable-rules-pvp-533860/) and find them very unfair. Off course I can give simple example. Let's say every champ is allowed to use every skill in this case I consider paladin unkillable, because of prayer aura, which according to the rules I'm allowed to use.
I will give another example frozen orb sorceress against druid just recasting his shield and not attacking. Probably the druid will never die.

What I can do as a administrator: Provide fair rules allowing each individual character to have a fighting chance against others. I have plenty of tournaments experience so I can assure you that the rules are not something I'm just making up.

What else I can do as a administrator: I have an idea of creating a tournament 1v1 PvP. Every player needs to buy in for example Ber(I'm setting this kind of rune, because as we know you can farm Countess for 2 hours and have Ber). Based on how many players were participating the first, second and maybe third get prizes.

 

You don't need to be a GM to suggest more PVP rules and set up a tournament man.

You seem to credit wanting to apply with being angry with previous experiences and not out of pure service to the realm.

 

For the past 4 days I saw an active admin only once during this time. I would like to create this rules for PvP and make sure people are actually following them. It definitely might seem like I'm doing this because I'm angry, but off course I will be angry when everything is in chaos.

The question you need to answer yourself is "Why am I not angry ?"

 

You have every right to be angry. That's your emotion not mine but why not impart some wisdom in the pvp rules thread first?

 

Even if I impart some kind of wisdom in the PvP it is unlikely that someone will follow them. But if someone qualified(my account btw ) suggest them and put an ultimate to be followed I think it would impact the behavior of the players more.

I'm not saying this out of the blue as you can see the world is working that way as well. Even if you do suggest something to improve "something". How likely is others to follow you ? Even if people decide to support your idea, what % would that be ?

 

That's a very cynical way of looking at the world.

That's like saying if a cop isn't there to see you pick up somebody's wallet that fell out of their pocket, you would take it instead of doing the right thing and giving it back to him.

Not saying it's completely wrong just that it shouldn't deter you from helping in every way you can even if you think it will go unnoticed.

 

First of all thank you for your interest about our server but we are looking for something else beside beeing a gm in duel games. We need active forum helpers and in game also. To be a gm is much more than looking up duel games. You can't manage a duel game ever in a public game from my experience because people can get frustrated easy. Try to improve your forums activity first and play more than 4 days here and learn where are the real problems, not manageing duel games.
I don't see where was the haos you talk about since we did't got any report in that matter. (A proper report)
