Hi.. im playing from a Toshiba Laptop with next configuration:

    I3 Processor
Dedicated video card ATI 4650 with 1gb ram and 256 bits...
8GB of ram and 7200 RPM hdd...

How can i supposed to play with 14 FPS???...
Since AntiCheat update, i can't play anymore... the game just freezing 3-4 seconds at any teleport or bo/spirit/etc...

i already tryied GLIDEFX, with no success... i just can't fix it... and i wanna play... if i cant solve this problem i will not play anymore :(

If you had this since you updated to the new patch why this is the first time you are posting this? Did it recently started to drop FPS?
Someone here said he wants max 25 fps because a high fps value is not better for him. I got a worse config on my laptop and I'm still running with 250-300 fps just fine.

And once again, you are playing the same game. The anticheat is stand-alone and has nothing to do with your fps or whatsoever. If you're not an IT expert don't make wrong conclusions.

Here are just a few examples of people playing on the official server that runned suddently into FPS issues like you did https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=diablo2+low+fps+problem
(and the official doesn't use our anticheat don't they? It's a game issues, thats all ; just as other players get into weird errors like version check or we got a big error, unhandled exception or other common d2 errors)

    Try this:

    1. Uninstall the game and reinstall it from scratch then re-download the server patch from our website (you might have the first-old version)
    2. Check your videocard settings and see if you got Virtual Sync enabled then make sure to disable it. And are you sure that you used glide correctly?

Oh and drop comments like "if i cant solve this problem i will not play anymore" because I'm not going to provide support for such comments. We are here to help you out but don't come with the "fix it or I leave" attitude because it won't work. Our server security is far more important than a FPS issue which can be solved.

i didnt say that i'll leave if i wouldnt fix the fps issue... i said that i CANT PLAY if i dont fix it...

Yesterday i installed windows XP 64 Bit... nothing..
    After that, i reinstalled win7 64 bit ... nothing
I tryied without MH ... nothing
All my video card settings -> Maximum performance - Vsync OFF
    I reinstalled my D2 10 times... nothing
i tryed to reinstall my d2 with the server patch and i kept d2client.dll as a player from here told me... - nothing

But i have 330FPS if i stay in town... but when i try to teleport it freezes for 3 seconds... after that, if i try to summon spirit/bear/boo... again it freezes 3 seconds... after each teleport it freezes...

Weird ... something is definetly wrong then otherwise you should have had low fps in town as well.
All game .dlls come from a fresh install of D2 LoD so it's the same file as you have.

Windows 7 64bit is fine, the best OS that you can get for 8GB RAM.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling video card drivers? When you reinstalled the game did you used a separate folder and HDD partition? Give me some time and I'll google your issue to see if I can find any answers.

@Bulanu try this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44PmIpBrC4Y and let me know. Btw are you using Full Screen or Window Mode? If you're running in full screen check out the window mode.

Run D2VidTst.exe which can be located inside your Diablo II Folder (http://prntscr.com/5y3j2k). Change it to 2D instead of 3D

And here http://diablo.incgamers.com/forums/threads/any-way-to-increase-performance-fps.649861/ you can find some more discussion about why D2 acts weird on some medium to high-end computers.
