no, larzurk give only 2 socket as i know
its like you can get 2 socket in rare circlet / coronet / tiara / diadem itself, but larzurk can make 1 socket to them

also if the monarch is jewellery it already have socket so larzurk cant make socket in it again ( jewellery means its socketed )

 

if it IS a Jewellers monarch, its actually 4 socketed, so larzuk wont socket it at all
