   question discutable curiosity!!! before restart , when we go kill sumoner, near, each kill, was dropping an jewel, what happened with that patch droppy ??

   The only changes introduced this season are mentioned here, everything else is the same as before.
   Most likely you had some lucky runs if it dropped for you almost every kill, regardless follow @Angeloffaith advice continue doing runs and it will eventually drop.
